Biography

Allen Aldridge, Jr. (born May 30, 1972 in Houston, Texas) is a former linebacker who played 8 seasons for the Denver Broncos and Detroit Lions in the National Football League. He started in Super Bowl XXXII. He currently coaches for the George Bush High School Broncos as a linebacker coach

His father, Allen Aldridge, Sr., played in the NFL for the Houston Oilers. His Uncle is Ken Houston.
